利用規約

弊社のサービスを利用するにあたって

• 私はSIDS（乳幼児突然死症候群）の安全面を理解した上で、安全な睡眠環境の中でスリープトレーニングを行うことに同意します。
• 私の子供に疾患や健康状態に何か問題がある場合は、事前に掛かりつけ医に確認をし、安全にスリープトレーニングを行っても良いか確認することに同意します。
• 私は、子供の持っている疾患や健康状態に何か問題がある場合は、必ず乳幼児睡眠コンサルタントに情報を伝える事に同意します。
• 私は、申し込み後7日以内に支払いをしない場合は一旦キャンセル扱いとなることに同意します。
• 私は、初回コンサルテーションの日までに全額を支払うことに同意します。未払いの場合、乳幼児睡眠コンサルタントはスリーププランを作成致しません。
• 乳幼児睡眠コンサルタントが作成するスリーププランは、私と私の子供の為だけの資料として作成されたものであり、私は第三者と共有しないことに同意します。
• 弊社では安全面に沿って睡眠に関する提案やアドバイスをさせて頂きますが、最終的な判断はクライエント様側の判断となり、いかなる選択への責任はクライエント様自身にあります。
• 弊社が提供する情報に基づいて被ったいかなる損害については、弊社では一切の責任を負いかねます。

スリーププラン、画面共有での情報、配布資料について（著作権）

コンサルテーションでのスリーププラン、オンライン講座やカフェグループでの画面共有の情報、および対面講座で配布する資料などの著作権は、弊社Baby Sleep Harmonyに帰属します。内容の一部または全部を、第三者に譲渡すること、また、個人のブログやウェブサイト、会社ウェブサイト等にて許可なく転載または一般に公開することは禁じられております。

コンサルテーションについて

コンサルテーションにお申込みをされないお客様に対して、お問い合わせフォームまたはメールにての個人的な相談への回答は、こちらではお子様の睡眠状況の詳細を把握していない為、控えさせて頂いております。

スリープトレーニング、またマッサージ施術は医療行為、また治療効果を目的としたものではございません。

2週間フォローアップコンサルテーションを受けられても、結果には個人差がございますことをご了承下さいませ。出来る限り、ご希望の目標に添えるように問題解決に向けて努力致しますが、必ずしも2週間以内にご希望の目標に達成出来るとはお約束出来ません。

スリーププランは、お客様とお客様のお子様だけの為に作成したプランであり、第三者に譲渡することは禁じられております。

セキュリティ

お支払いに関しては、弊社ではオーストラリア国内であれば銀行振込みを、オーストラリア国外またはクレジットカード決済を使用であればPayPalにての決済となります。高度なセキュリティシステムをもつオンライン決済サービスのPayPalにて、お支払いに関して問題が発生した場合は、弊社では責任を負いかねます。

銀行振込みの場合においても、振込先を間違えた場合や振込みの際に問題が発生した場合は、弊社では責任を負いかねます。ご自身で各機関にお問い合わせ頂き、問題解決して頂きますようお願いします。

個人情報保護方針

• お申し込み、お問い合わせの際にご記入頂くお客様の個人情報は、サービスのご提供に関する業務、お問い合わせ内容の回答、その他お客様へのサービスの運営・向上に必要な関連業務の範囲内でのみ利用致します。
• ここでの個人情報とは、お名前、年齢、性別、生年月日、住所、連絡先やメールアドレスなどを指します。
• マーケティングに使用させて頂く場合は、写真掲載やイニシャルでの掲載に関しては、お客様の同意を得てから使用させて頂きます。
• 取得した個人情報は、ご本人の同意を得ずに第三者に情報を提供致しません。ただし、法的機関からの合法的要求による場合は、利用目的以外の取り扱いをする場合がございます。
• 弊社では個人情報の漏洩が生じないよう努めます。
